wlnbd Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "wlnbd" refers to the online betting and casino platform accessible at wlnbd.asia, including all subdomains, mobile interfaces, and associated services operated under the wlnbd brand.
• "Platform" means the wlnbd website, its software, game library, sports betting interface, live casino lobby, payment processing infrastructure, and any related tools or features made available to registered users.
• "Account" means the personal user account created by a Player upon successful registration on the wlnbd Platform.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the wlnbd Platform for any purpose, including but not limited to placing bets, playing casino games, and managing deposits or withdrawals.
• "Balance" means the sum of real-money funds held in a Player's wlnbd Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account under a specific wlnbd promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be converted to withdrawable Balance.
• "Bet" means any wager placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, crash game, or other eligible market available on the wlnbd Platform.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" means UTC+6, the standard time zone applied to all time references on the wlnbd Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the wlnbd Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Bet, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the wlnbd Platform and close your Account by contacting our support team.

wlnbd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions. Players are encouraged to review this document periodically.

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

The wlnbd Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 years and above. No person under the age of 21 may register an Account, place a Bet, or participate in any activity on the Platform. wlnbd reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to immediately suspend or close any Account where the Player cannot satisfactorily confirm they meet the minimum age requirement.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the wlnbd Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether in your own name or using the identity of another person — is a material breach of these Terms. Any duplicate Accounts discovered will be closed, and all Balances (including winnings) associated with those Accounts may be forfeited.

3.3 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile number, and a valid payment method registered in your name (such as your personal bKash or Nagad account). Providing false or misleading registration information is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in Account termination.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

wlnbd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before processing any withdrawal, and at any point during the operation of your Account at wlnbd's sole discretion, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot confirming the bKash or Nagad account is registered in your name)

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe of the request may result in suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is successfully completed.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. wlnbd will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the wlnbd support team immediately at [email protected]. We will take appropriate steps to secure your Account upon receiving such notification, which may include temporary suspension of the Account pending investigation.

You must not allow any other person to use your Account. Sharing, selling, transferring, or in any way assigning your Account to another person is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the Account.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

wlnbd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on wlnbd is ৳500 per transaction. wlnbd does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which wlnbd accepts no responsibility.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by Players who have completed KYC verification are processed within 1 to 4 hours on average during operational hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, 08:00–24:00). Requests submitted outside operational hours will be processed at the start of the next operational period. wlnbd reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend the processing time.

5.4 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits are applied on a per-transaction and per-day basis and may vary depending on your Account verification status and payment method. Current limits are displayed within your Account dashboard. wlnbd reserves the right to amend these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

5.5 Currency

All transactions on the wlnbd Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). wlnbd does not currently accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, wlnbd may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback promotions, or other incentive schemes to eligible Players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds requirements, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum of 30 times the bonus amount before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds become withdrawable. Wagering contributions may vary by game type: sports bets and live casino games typically contribute 100% to wagering requirements, while certain slots and table games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

wlnbd strictly prohibits bonus abuse in all its forms. This includes, without limitation:

• Registering multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once
• Placing bets with the intent of meeting wagering requirements without genuine gaming engagement (so-called "mechanical betting" or "bonus hunting")
• Colluding with other Players to meet wagering requirements across coordinated Accounts
• Exploiting any technical error or loophole that results in an unintended bonus credit

Where wlnbd determines that bonus abuse has occurred, we reserve the right to void all associated Bonus Funds and winnings, close the Account, and recover any funds that were withdrawn as a result of abusive activity.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

All Bonus Funds expire after the period specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically removed from your Account and cannot be reinstated. It is your responsibility to be aware of the expiry dates applicable to any bonuses credited to your Account.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on the wlnbd Platform are final once confirmed by the system. You are responsible for ensuring that the correct selections, stake amounts, and bet types are entered before confirming any wager. wlnbd accepts no responsibility for errors made by the Player during the bet placement process.

7.2 Odds and Markets

Odds displayed on wlnbd are subject to change at any time prior to the closure of the relevant market. The odds applicable to a bet are those confirmed at the point of placement. In-play odds may fluctuate rapidly; wlnbd ensures that the odds accepted by the system at the moment of confirmation are the odds applied to your bet.

7.3 Void Bets

wlnbd reserves the right to void a bet in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed at clearly incorrect (palpably wrong) odds due to a technical error or human input error
• The underlying event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the period specified in the relevant market rules
• The bet was placed in breach of these Terms or the specific rules of the relevant market
• The result of the event cannot be determined with certainty

Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the Player's Account Balance. Winnings associated with a voided bet are not paid.

7.4 Cricket Betting

Cricket markets on wlnbd cover Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Indian Premier League (IPL), ICC T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, and other approved competitions. Match-specific rules — including rules on rain interruptions, DLS adjustments, and minimum overs requirements — are published in the relevant market descriptions. For BPL and Bangladesh Tigers matches, wlnbd uses Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) as the reference time zone for all market closure and in-play decisions.

7.5 Badminton Betting

Badminton markets cover approved international tournaments and domestic events. If a match is abandoned before a result can be determined under the market rules, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned.

8. Casino & Slots Rules

All casino games and slots available on the wlnbd Platform are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. These games are subject to the rules set by the respective game studio, as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between the game studio's rules and these Terms, wlnbd's Terms shall prevail in respect of account, payment, and bonus matters; the game studio's rules shall prevail in respect of game-specific outcomes and mechanics.

wlnbd cannot guarantee the uninterrupted availability of any specific game or live casino table. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or provider outages may temporarily affect game availability. Where a casino game is interrupted mid-round due to a confirmed technical failure on the wlnbd Platform, the round will be voided and the stake returned. Interrupted rounds where the outcome has already been determined by the game engine will be settled according to that outcome.

Minimum and maximum bet limits for casino games and slots are displayed within each game interface. These limits may vary by game, table, and Player Account tier. wlnbd reserves the right to apply individual bet limits to specific Accounts where warranted.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wlnbd Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and may result in legal action being taken against you:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or making fraudulent chargeback claims against legitimate wlnbd transactions.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one Account on the wlnbd Platform, whether in your own name or using the identity of any other person.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game, market, or bet for the purpose of achieving an unfair advantage.
• Match-Fixing: Placing bets on events where you have direct or indirect knowledge of a pre-arranged outcome, or participating in the arrangement of any such outcome.
• Use of Bots or Automated Software: Using any automated betting software, robot, script, or artificial intelligence system to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting any technical bug, pricing error, or system vulnerability on the Platform for financial gain. You are obligated to report any such error to wlnbd immediately upon discovery.
• Money Laundering: Using the wlnbd Platform as a vehicle for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime. wlnbd is committed to anti-money laundering compliance and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Underage Access: Allowing or facilitating access to the wlnbd Platform by any person under the age of 21.

10. Responsible Gaming

wlnbd is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We recognise that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become a problem, and we have a duty to provide tools and resources to help Players manage their activity. The following tools are available to all registered wlnbd Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account to cap how much you can fund your Balance within a given period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you of how long you have been logged in and actively playing.
• Temporary Self-Exclusion: Request a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days during which you will not be able to access your Account.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and opt out of all future wlnbd marketing communications.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the wlnbd Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of wlnbd or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the wlnbd Platform without our express written consent. Unauthorised use of any wlnbd intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may be a criminal offence.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wlnbd shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — even if wlnbd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

wlnbd's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

wlnbd does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for configuring your device and software to access the Platform securely.

13. Privacy & Data

wlnbd collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data is used for the purposes of account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, and, where you have consented, direct marketing. 14. Amendments to These Terms

wlnbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account. The amended Terms will take effect from the date of publication on the Platform.

Your continued use of the wlnbd Platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account by contacting support.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which wlnbd operates. wlnbd makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all locations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all local laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably between the Player and wlnbd through our internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration. wlnbd's internal complaints process is initiated by contacting [email protected] with a written description of the dispute. We will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time).
